Sound Bath Backing Tracks Part 1: Crystal Bowl & Gong

These backing tracks have brought my sessions & many of my students’ sessions to the next level.

The motivation behind these tracks began when I would play the Didgeridoo.

I realized that it would sound that much more dreamy and incredible if there were sounds behind it.

Then I started doing the same with the flute, and the results were incredible!

I didn’t stop there though, I ended up seeing that it worked for just about every instrument, including singing and even guided meditations!

We created all of these tracks at Medicine of Sound Studio with your Sound Baths in mind.

We have a key to match your instrument! C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B

Here is how I use these tracks in my sessions:

“If you have a Crystal Bowl & you play a crystal bowl track in the same key as yours, it creates an epic large sound that amplifies your bowl as if its plugged in. Its great for being in large spaces, or just creating a larger sound. “

“The Gongs work in the same way, however one of my favorite things is to co-create with gongs in a spatial way. Have the speaker on one side of the room and be playing on the other. No need to have another person on the other side playing, just play with the track!”

You can view and review the lecture materials indefinitely, like an on-demand channel.
Definitely! If you have an internet connection, courses on Udemy are available on any device at any time. If you don't have an internet connection, some instructors also let their students download course lectures. That's up to the instructor though, so make sure you get on their good side!
